Vintage Premier Designs Gold Tone, Black Enamel and Rhinestones Panel Collar Necklace

A stunning gold tone necklace. Scalloped shape panels with black enamel and sections of pave rhinestones in between those. All lay flat along your collar bone. I couldn't find any hallmarks, however through doing research I became aware this necklace was made by Premiere Designs. It has a fold over hinged clasp.

It measures from end to end 18 inches and is 1/2 inch wide.
