Antique Victorian Gold Filled Etruscan Revival Tassel Brooch Pendant, Mourning Jewelry

Beautiful floral details throughout. I believe it is either rolled or gold filled. Both yellow and rose gold. It has the old tube hinge and c catch closure that dates it anywhere from late 1800's to early 1900's. In addition to the pin closure it has a hook type bail at the top that could be hooked on to a chain or edge of clothing. It has a fabulous 7 string tassel that hangs from the bottom. It feels like there is a hollow section in the middle, it could possibly be mourning jewelry, I could not find any way that it opens, there are no hinges. I have had this piece in my collection quite a while and haven't seen any evidence of being haunted. 😋
